Support Our Programs

Support Ballet Program

Kirov Academy of Ballet prepares students to become the next generation of classically trained ballet dancers through the principles and aesthetics of the Vaganova Method of Classical Ballet taught at the Vaganova Choreographic Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia. Concurrently, students pursue a multi-faceted academic program including the core subjects and the arts, each furthering the objectives to build a solid educational foundation and to create, cultivate, and prepare the student for life as a professional artist.

This fund supports our ballet program by providing access to masterclasses of world-renowned teachers, competitions across the nation, and performances.

Support Classical Music Program

Kirov Academy of Washington DC has developed a classical music program to match its ballet program. Our program provides students with access to world-class classical music education by inviting teachers and faculty members of prestigious institutions including The Juilliard School, Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University, and many more.

This fund supports the classical music program by providing access to masterclasses, teachers, competitions, and performances at respected stages such as the Kennedy Center and Moscow State Conservatory.

Support Academic Program

Kirov Academy offers 3 academic pathways to professional success. All three pathways prepare a student to enter top universities in the USA and around the world. All of the programs are fully accredited by Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. A student can choose an academic only program preparing directly for university entrance, or choose a concentration in classical ballet which prepares students for a professional career in a major ballet company, or a concentration in piano or violin which prepares the student to enter the professional music world.

This fund enables a well-rounded academic education most relevant for today utilizing recent technology and resources.
