Marianna Lobanova
Ballet Teacher

Marianna Lobanova graduated from Saratov Choreography School in 1976 and became a ballet dancer with Lvov Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. In 1978 she entered the Leningrad Academic Choreography School and completed the course of training with honors.
In 1984 she entered GITIS (State Institute of Theatre Arts named after A.V.Lunacharsky), and a position of ballet teacher at Lvov was offered to her. She then worked at Saratov Regional School of Arts, teaching classical dancing to both men and women and engaging in rehearsal activities. More recently (2005-6) she has been teaching classical dancing at Mexico State School.
In 2000 The Russian Federation Ministry of Culture marked Lobanova's work with the " For Achievements in the Sphere of Culture" Order.
